Ethan helped us out in a pinch when we lost our car key while visiting from out of town. When we called another locksmith, they were available but did not have the key fob we needed. When we called Ethan, although he was not available due to another job, he had the key fob we needed. So he went out of his way to meet the other locksmith so they could help us while he went to the other job. It was very kind of him to partner so we could drive home. We did have an issue with the key fob where we could drive, but the car wouldn't fully recognize it. Ethan offered to meet us the next morning to fix it and we ended up finding our original key fob. He kindly fixed the key and reprogrammed that as well, free of charge as a stand-up professional.

Our keys were stolen and we needed a locksmith to be able to get home and Ethan saved the day! I was worried that with having an automatic push to start key, I would have trouble accessing key replacement services in Glenwood Springs, since there was not a Nissan dealership nearby. Finding Ethan was such a relief and he was able to make us a new key in a very timely manner. He was also very compassionate and supportive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend local locksmith for key replacement services!

I was locked out of my car for a long time. Ethan was the only lock smith to answer, he was busy at the time but called back just to make sure I got in and everything was okay. Local businesses will thrive with owners like him.

Absolute Lifesaver – Above and Beyond Service! "I cannot recommend The Local Locksmith Company enough! I was in an extremely stressful situation and needed help securing my home quickly. Not only did Ethan arrive faster than promised, but he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Instead of just doing the bare minimum, he took the time to do a full security review of my home. Ethan went above and beyond to make sure my home was secured. If you want fast, honest, and truly thorough service, call The Local Locksmith Company ;they are the best!!!

Can't recommend enough, excellent service & communication. I walked out my front door with everything but my keys and found myself totally locked out of my house on a SATURDAY. I checked RF Swap on fb to see which locksmith has been recommended the most and the overwhelming majority named Ethan with Local Locksmith. I checked the company site and used the option to text them about possible service. To my surprise Ethan was available and had no problem squeezing me into his schedule. He was easy to reach and communicate with about my circumstance. I live up near Avalanche Creek so I was bracing for a high rate (due to location & weekend) but was quoted a very reasonable total. That made it really easy to leave a tip to show my gratitude. Upon arrival, Ethan was super friendly and professional. It took all of 3 minutes for him to pick the lock and all he did was turn the door knob to make sure it was open, he didn't swing the door open (and let out my dog) or even crack it enough to look inside. I was also able to pay with Venmo, which I find super convenient for these instances. I'll absolutely be a returning customer if I need any locksmith services again.

Ethan is the absolute best. I lost the key to my car, and was told by multiple people that I needed to tow my car to the dealership to get a new key. Ethan came to the rescue and somehow figured out how to make me a new fab. I will absolutely use Ethan again and highly recommend him!

I forgot to write this review months ago but Ethan came out in the rain and was at my location in redstone within 30 minutes, I figured it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg but Ethan was very fairly priced! He even made me a new key fob for my truck and was way more fair priced than the $400 the dealership wanted. Highly recommend won’t call anyone else in the crystal or roaring fork valley!!!! Than you Ethan

Ethan with Local Locksmith is the absolute best. He is reliable, accountable, and always shows up when he says he will. His pricing is fair and transparent, and he goes out of his way to be accommodating even on short notice. On top of that he is just genuinely friendly and easy person to work with. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and professional in our valley. I could not recommend Local Locksmith more highly!!!

Just finished a 30 mile trek in aspen where unfortunately somewhere along the way we lost our keys. After not noticing until we made it all the way back to the car we spent the next several hours panicking. Luckily a local locksmith reffered us to this gentleman. He came out to help my friend and I and not only was he fast but he was so kind. He helped put us at ease with good conversation and jokes. He was able to create a new key for our vehical so we could make the drive six hours home. I would reccomed this company to absolutely everyone.

My buddy and I went skiing in Aspen, lost our rental car key on the mountain and didn’t realize it until the lifts were closed. After exploring our options with the rental car company. Which were not ideal, since the rental place was all the way back in Denver. We thought about calling a locksmith, but didn’t think a locksmith could program a key FOB. Most don’t especially is the Ski Resort Country. Ethan at The Local Locksmith Company was the only professional capable of such a task. He was extremely easy to work with, met us at 9 o’clock on a Friday night. He also provided a super competitive estimate during our phone call. Not only did he get us a new FOB once on-site in less than 15 minutes, he charged us less than a e talked about. Talk about unmatched customer service. Hopefully my friend and I never lose a rental car key on the mountain again, but if we do or anyone else we know does. He will be the only professional to call. 100 star review, you don’t get service like what Ethan provides anymore. Truly turned a very unfortunate situation into a problem solved and got us to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Better experience than I could have imagined! I locked myself out of my own room and couldn’t get the key out. Then I broke it off out of frustration and knew I was beat. I called Ethan at midnight and he was at my place within 30 minutes. He tried very hard to remove the key but to no avail as the lock itself had failed, so he drilled right through it. The work he did was top notch but more importantly he was extremely kind and professional when I was frustrated. He insisted on cleaning up the shards of metal and then made me a new key for my master lock right in his van. His price was a third of what I expected to pay too. Really wonderful guy and I will be recommending to any friends that need a locksmith.

Ethan made my experience a breeze. He was patient with my requests, flexible in his ability to meet me when and where I needed him to, and honest with his pricing. Most other companies failed to return my voicemails, and the ones that did admitted they would simply drill the lock open and destroy it. Ethan was able to pick the lock and leave it functional while we waited for a replacement. Ethan is truly a local local locksmith you can depend on.
